In this report we have listed more than 30 shows around the world in countries like the US, Turkey, Brazil, Vietnam, Australia, Italy, Spain, Brazil, and China.
It is very interesting to learn from these tradeshows there are conferences and seminars discussing the sustainability. We read that organizers have raised question about the uncertainty around the impact of tariffs and it is critical to meet with the vendors to understand any changes to pricing and inventory management. There are significant influences that have caused the ineffectiveness of the supply chain, and also inflation is inevitable under this situation.
We hope that with the effort we spent on the footwear sector can bring us readers from this industry. We would like to have more interaction among the industry.
Introduction
It is the fastest growing sector for apparel and footwear in recent years. Gone were the days when gentlemen attires were essential in our every day’s life. These days everything tends to be casual and easy to wear and also easy to take care.
Our journal has been following closely in this sector and hope to bring some diversification to our industry in order that we can become more versatile.

Closing Remark
Over the years I have been growing interest in the footwear market especially when the sneakers are taking over the traditional leather shoes, platform shoes, and the high heel shoes. In fact, the attires in general are becoming more casual.
I have collected the market for the global footwear market has been estimated around $425.4 billion in 2024. For the global apparel market, it is valued at $1.84 trillion, which is roughly four times bigger than the footwear market.
Footwear is a significant sub-segment of the broader fashion/garment + footwear, but its growth rate can be faster than apparel driven by trends and lifestyles in athleisure. Footwear plays a vital role in the fashion and lifestyle ecosystem.
