We started this as case studies of Kering, Richemont and LVMH Group and try to bring out something for our industry to study and consider. I came across a quote and it went like this: “Do not be afraid to dream, for dreams are the seeds of possibility; they hold the courage to imagine a world that has yet to exist.”
After this global pandemic, the world has changed, many things are not the same anymore. We are still in the doldrums and the world order has gone from bad to worse. The differences between the nations have widen and the supply chains would need to be realign again for better efficiency. But the biggest differences are the political issues and the evil axis, Russia, China, Iraq and North Korea, are threatening the free world. Unless we can soon come into terms, otherwise our future is going to be dimmer.
We need good and selfless world leaders to bring everyone to the negotiable table and work out something that can be more acceptable for everyone. The better business environment can improve the people’s life and allow us a better world for our future generations. This is our prayer.
