The purpose to put this article together is to help those who would want to have a startup with their life knowing that there are hundreds of thousands of those who are leaving Hong Kong, and would like to put their roots somewhere.
Franchising will take a lot of determination and hardworking. There are hundreds of thousands out there for the choice. There must be something that can suit the candidates.
If we are successful, we can also be the franchisors to sell the business ideas to the franchisees. It can be done in a circle.
The first thing that we have to do is to attend one of the franchise show near us. We can gain a lot of experience from the visit.
Introduction
Franchise is a business opportunity to offer people with no prior experience of running a business that has been proven to be a viable business. It offers you the right of using a business format that gives you access to a business identity, the operating manual, training, marketing, certain level of supervision and exchange of opinions and experiences with the peers.
It requires you to buy a franchise, which is an agreement with the parent company, in the agreement, it will tell you the way of operating and everything is dictated by the contents of the agreement. It is a legal binding agreement.
In the franchise business, all the products are defined and supply chain has been established and operated by all the franchisees.
There is an initial investment fee which is used to buy the right for operating a franchise. There is an ongoing fee depending how the agreement would phrase it. It is necessary to make sure that it is acceptable and workable by the person who wants to own the franchise.
