    二零二零年十月脫鈎是談何容易 撰寫: Andrew Sia 我遺憾地說,當今世界上大多數領導人都很可悲,例如兩個最大的國家,美國和中國,一個是由自戀者當總統,另一個是由臭名昭著的文化大革命的產物所主持的,當時在文化革命,他中斷了教育。特朗普與中國的貿易戰始於2017年當他進入白宮時,它一直在升級並擴展到幾乎所有國家,甚至是美國盟友。 自2019年底以來,我們聽說過兩國之間的脫鉤,這個話題反復出現並且從未停止過。 美國和中國經歷了40年的深度經濟一體化,因此很難想像真正的斷絕關係,而用到“脫鉤”這個名詞用來形容如今這種推動經濟活動日益分離的動力。商業領袖們希望華盛頓和北京的領導人能夠彌補分歧,因為他們是受這種脫鉤影響最大的人,但是最大的障礙是即將舉行的美國總統大選,特朗普已經表達了他不願意參加與中國的商業談判。這種脫鉤是中美關係的根本轉變,隨著時間的流逝,兩國建立了基於商業決策而非戰略行動的關係。一直以來西方列強希望中國能夠進行民主改革,並希望開放市場以獲取中國這龐大的消費市場。在1980年代建立供應鏈時,西方國家帶來了他們的知識和藍圖來幫助中國建立工廠。在過去的30年中,我親眼目睹了這些發展趨勢對服裝行業的影響,以及這些行動如何幫助培訓工人並改變了他們的技術,結果不僅在服裝的質量上而且在及時性方面都非常出色,為他們達到了提高利潤的價格點,並在供應鏈上建立了信任。我們知道,即使目前東南亞國家已經採摘了一些中國生產的原材料,但他們的技能與中國擁有的質量和標準相距甚遠。同時人們也越來越重視對環境可持續性需求的認識,並且正在改善生產工廠以滿足最嚴格的工業要求。 “羅馬不是一天建成的,”這句話是西方應該牢記的。特朗普於2017年當選後,中華人民共和國副總理王岐山問凱雷投資集團的聯合創始人David Rubenstein,特朗普是罕見的現像還是趨勢。同時我也問一位美國朋友一個類似的問題時,他告訴我特朗普是被美國人民選出來的,而時間會證明他是否是一位好總統,如果情況變得更糟,甚至他將連任第二任期,但在四年後,美國人民可以繼續來選擇的下一任總統。 與中國的情況有所不同,因為中國是一個由習近平掌權的獨裁國家,他非常的自我,以至表達了他一生執政的意圖。 實際上,他的宏偉之舉是如此之大,甚至要來控制全世界。自2012年擔任中國國家主席以來,習近平發起了“一帶一路”倡議並將其擴展到亞洲,印度次大陸,中東,歐洲和南美大陸,這是他地緣政治野心的一部分。 他在南中國海建立了軍事基地,對這條沿線國家構成了威脅。在香港民主運動奮鬥之後,他以剝奪香港的自治權結束了民主運動。他對台灣海峽兩岸構成了強大的軍事威脅。他還將數百萬維吾爾族穆斯林囚禁在新疆。最重要的是,他正試圖通過在不同委員會中擔任領導職務來增加在聯合國的影響力。最後但並非最不重要的一點是,他利用華為在全球範圍內推動5G技術的實施,加強了中國的影響。 現在雙方都互相指責,這不僅威脅著世界的政治穩定,而且威脅著科技界,以及我們在日常業務中應該如何管理。一個例子是iPhone的製造,數以百萬計的工人在中國從事組裝工作。此時,所有組件仍來自中國,從表面上看來,中國正在提供廉價的組裝工作,越南和印度可以承擔這些工作,但是如果你更深入地研究問題,那些核心工作仍在中國進行,因此你不能將中國排除在外,因為供應鏈是在過去40年中建立的,並且不會輕易的消失。現在,美國參議院一致通過的一項法案旨在將中國公司從美國證券交易所除牌,因為它們沒有向美國監管機構開放賬目。中國仍然可以將這些中國公司帶到香港證券交易所,除非所有對沖基金也都在香港被禁止,否則這種行為不會影響中國上市公司的投資者准入。我們必須記住,華爾街的銀行家為上市這些中國公司賺了很多錢,而格言是“錢是沒有味的”(即錢的價值不受來源的污染)。由於脫鉤,所有大企業都希望在這場新興的冷戰中保持中立。在過去的40年中,世界一直在走向全球化,如果特朗普在這一問題上沒有受到束縛,並且如果習近平沒有降低其侵略性,相反,他可能更願意分享世界而不是征服世界,不然的話我們的世界將走向我們許多人都無法理解和深思的情況,必究我們並沒有那種政治的自我。
